Without Anne's assistance we would never have managed to locate a house. Anne worked with us remotely via email for many weeks, whilst we were still in the UK, giving us advice on many aspects of Canadian home ownerships and the different communities round our targeted quadrant. When we finally travelled over to find a home, we had narrowed the City to a handful of properties that we were expertly guided round with Anne. Everything was explained to us since home buying in Canada is a lot different from the UK
We were able to purchase one of these shortlisted homes with Anne's full assistance throughout offering, counter-offering, home inspection reports, contracts and everything in-between.
